ICD-10 is coming October 1, 2015
As of October 1, 2015 all medical practices will be transitioning to ICD-10 diagnostic codes. Please check out the link below for information on what this means and how it will affect your care at our practice.

We are partnered with CareCloud (www.carecloud.com) to bring you our Patient Portal. By registering for the Patient Portal you will be able to view demographic information, access financial information, get scheduling information, and much more. Registration is by invite only, contact our office if you would like to connect with the portal. New features are being planned for the Patient Portal, updates on when they’re available will be shared here on our website and in our office.

06/19/2015 – Notice on Sending Messages Through the Patient Portal
Our patient portal is currently set up to allow communication between you and your provider(s). Please do not send any emergency communications through the portal, call the office. Additionally, if you send a message through the patient portal and have not heard back from our office within two business days please contact our office by phone so that we may resolve your issue.
